Scott & White Hospital CAM Facility

Scott & White Hospital / CAM Facility, located in Temple, TX., engaged CES to be their Third-Party Expert in determining the cause(s) of ongoing moisture intrusion issues.  CES was focused on identifying and detailing the reasons for Building Envelope failures in the areas of Design Proficiency, Construction Methods, and specifically in the applications and functionality of the following systems: Roof, Curtainwall, Window Wall, Entrances, Glass & Glazing, and all aspects of Waterproofing the Exterior of the Building.  As a result of this CES Team investigation, multiple causation factors were determined. Also, at the request of this owner for a proper “fix” solution, CES was retained as the Architect and Engineer of Record for the Remediation of this Hospital facility, along with providing Field Quality Assurance services for the duration of the construction process.
