Rackspace Headquarters

CES was originally contacted by a large Design Build Architect/General Contractor to perform a Property Condition Assessment of an abandoned Mall and anchor stores to determine feasibility of converting a mall into headquarters for an Internet hosting company. Upon completion of assessment and recommendations, the client agreed with CES, and the conversion process was initiated. CES became Architect and Engineer of Record for the revitalization of the mall into a high-tech corporate office.  This conversion created an exciting workspace environment along with exterior stainless steel canopies, skylights, and stone elements creating a completely different look than the original mall.
