Project Description
CES was hired as the Architect and Structural Engineer of Record for a 2-story residential clubhouse in the Frisco, Texas neighborhood of Lexington. This amenity center featured a fully equipped 2nd story weight room, large downstairs great room, meeting rooms, offices and a pool accompanied with a pool house.
