Wolf Point East

Wolf Point East is a striking 62-story glass high-rise on the Chicago River in downtown Chicago created a new exciting site line. CES was retained to provide Design Assist for the glazing systems along with all structural engineering of the glazing systems in collaboration with Harmon Inc.  The façade features 350,000 square feet of Harmon’s UCW8000 curtain wall system, incorporating multi-lite units with zero sightline vents, horizontal feature panels, and vertical aluminum fins in 3-inch, 6-inch, and 9-inch depth configurations. Additionally, custom louvered horizontal sunshades and a roof screen composed of three-story-high radiused vertical aluminum panels were integrated into the design.
