Wiltel Communications Tower

This cutting edge high-tech building had a very large glass atrium supported on a steel space frame.  A major failure occurred during a windstorm event where portions of the steel space frame and exterior façade failed catastrophically.  CES was retained by Zurich Insurance Company to investigate the cause of the failure.  Along with other experts, the cause of the failure was found and after a successful resolution, CES was retained by the Building Owner to design and inspect the remedial repairs to the structural space frame and glass façade.
