Project Description
Situated on 3.1 acres in the core of Uptown. This 22 story 530,000 square foot commercial tower houses both office and retail clients. CES was the Structural Engineer of Record for the Curtainwall including Design Assist, System Design, Shop Drawings, Fabrication Drawings and assisted with field layout due to the complexity of the façade. CES was then additionally retained by The Beck Group to re-design the steel at the parapet due to conflicts with the curtainwall.
