Arete Athletics Expansion

The Arete Athletic Center is a concrete tilt-wall athletic facility located in McKinney, Texas, designed to house multiple training and performance spaces under large clear spans. Our structural engineering team was responsible for the foundation system, tilt-wall design, and steel framing design.

The building utilizes concrete tilt-up wall panels as the primary exterior structure and steel joist and column construction for the interior. Through close coordination of the tilt-wall, foundation, and steel systems, we delivered a cost-effective and constructible solution that provided the open spans and durability required for a high-performance athletic facility.
