Southwest Louisiana Hospital Association, contacted Childress Engineering Services to evaluate the spots on the exterior wall of the Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. The hospital’s exterior was finished with an EIFS’s application, which appeared to have rust bleeding through the finish skin.
