Gaylord National is a 19 story open atrium hotel with over 2,000 rooms along with a 480,000 square foot conference center. This project is located on the Potomac River in Washington D.C.. Childress Engineering Services was hired as an integral part of the design team assisting the glazing contractor Accura Systems. CES was the engineer of record for the exterior envelope as well as the skylights.
